![]() When I did a "masterclass" on investments with Banktivity I encouraged folks to not take a "set and forget" approach to investments. I can't say we can't get it fixed, but it can take time. We usually can get our backend provider to fix issues like this, but they typically triage and something like this won't jump to the top of the queue. sell transactions coming down as transfers. It sounds like for your case there is "data quality issue", i.e. This is just a horrible technology – while it gets the job done, it is tremendously error prone and fragile. For the majority of banks, DA uses screen scraping to download transactions. When it works, it's amazing, you get all of your transactions right there, bam! When it doesn't work, it's super frustrating for everyone. Direct Access, our name for allowing the app to automatically download transactions, is curse and a blessing. I've said this in a few other places, but I'll say it again here. ![]() I'd like to do my best to respond to this post, not with promises or fluff, but hopefully some perspective from "the other side", if you will. I want to thank you for being a long time customer (very long!) and it pains me to see looking to leave. ![]()
